Patch tests required more than 24 hours prior to hair colouring services, brow/lash tints, lash lifts and brow lamination treatments.
Staff have the right to reschedule appointments should you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may still be charged a late cancellation fee.
Please don't wear tan to any tinting appointments- this can cause your brows to go green!
You must disclose to us if you have any medical conditions or concerns that may affect your treatment prior to the treatment day.
Anyone under the age of 16 booking in for beauty treatments must be accompanied by an adult.
